Read real reviews from buyers and sellers we've had the pleasure of serving.
Let me preface this by saying I have bought and sold 4 properties over the last 14 years. Never once did I encounter a "smooth" transaction on either end. So my wife, daughter and I urgently needed to find a home for reasons I wont get into. We came across a listing of theirs and saw no reason to find a Realtor of their own to represent us (the buyers). From our initial contact with her, we felt skeptical because we have had nothing but horrible experiences with past agents, but she made us feel at ease. Even though we were obviously trying to get the best deal we could, she stood firm with us in protecting the seller. Despite doing so, she also looked out for our best interest and stayed as neutral as possible while very fairly representing both parties. She is always a text or phone call away and has been just wonderful.
To me it spoke volumes, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for her in looking out for the seller (who was in a very unfortunate situation and has to sell the house). I have had several transactions with the agent representing both parties and they have always thrown the seller under the bus to make the transaction happen. Despite it benefiting us, I have always thought about how unfair the agents we're treating their sellers. Crystal has been great and I admittedly am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to real estate. Regardless, she has been respectful and never did we feel pressured to do anything we didn't want to do. She has excellent people skills and it shows. There have been a couple instances where things could have gone south, but her people skill and creativity avoided those situations from occurring. We haven't closed escrow yet but hopefully we will and everything has gone smoothly. We will actually end up being neighbors and and we would highly recommend Crystal to anyone. Keep up the great work. You are one in a million.
