Moving further north there are both newer and older communities. Up near the golf course is the community of Rancho Vista. Many of these homes are on the hill and offer incredible valley views. Quartz Hill is home to some of AV’s best schools, larger lots and has a great reputation. Homes there start around the low $400,000’s and go up to 1,000,000 +. West Lancaster has a wide variety of larger homes built in the 2,000’s. Many have 3 car garages and RV Parking.
